WHERE ARE THE PLANTS GROWN? ARE THEY GROWN SAFELY?
All forms of cannabinoid-producing plants are bio-accumulators, which means they absorb compounds and substances from the soil. While this is beneficial for the plants to grow dense and tall, it can allow contaminants, metals or pollutants to seep from the soil into the plants and eventually make their way into consumable cannabinoid products. Before buying any cannabinoid product, ask whether the plants are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides. It’s also a good idea to ask where the plants for the cannabinoid product were grown. If a supplier can confidently answer these questions, it’s a good sign that they understand and care about the products they’re providing.
